Phil is an accomplished educational leader with 17 years of experience in the sector, including 11 years in senior leadership roles across two of the UK’s largest Multi-Academy Trusts. His leadership portfolio covers school improvement, safeguarding, behaviour and attitudes, attendance, sixth form management, and student destinations. Most recently as Vice-Principal, he led a rapid turnaround, taking a school out of special measures to secure strong and expected outcomes in under three years. Phil believes that fostering a school environment where students feel safe and seen is the key to creating fearless, thriving learners.
